I thought I'd give the few readers of this blog a look at what I eat on a regular basis after each run. After each run, I don't go to the cafeteria (for example, on my 7:00 runs, I don't go to breakfast and for my 11:00 runs, I don't go to lunch) So, here's what's on the menu:
-2 PB&J sandwiches
- One of those Cliff Shot Gel packs
-A bottle of the powdered Gatorade stuff
- A cup of coffee
Obviously, my school's cafeteria isn't the best as far as a runner's diet goes, so I tend to gobble down a lot of those gel deals because I don't get near enough calories for the amount of miles I run
